Gather & Set is a curated store featuring products from independent brands and makers. Many products on our site are shipped directly by the brand partner that makes or supplies the item.
This allows us to offer a broader, more thoughtful selection without every product shipping from one central warehouse.
Order Processing
Processing times may vary by brand and product.
Most orders begin processing within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
During holidays, launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Brand Partner Fulfillment
Some items are selected by Gather & Set and shipped directly from the maker or brand partner.
This means:
- Packaging may vary by brand
- Processing times may vary by product
- Items from different brands may ship separately
- You may receive more than one tracking number
- Delivery dates may vary across items in the same order
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, destination, and available shipping methods.
Some products may have separate shipping rates because they are fulfilled by different brand partners.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes items from more than one brand, your products may arrive in separate packages.
You may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for each shipment.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a label is created.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is managed by the shipping carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Gather & Set is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once an order has been submitted to the brand partner or carrier.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, though we’ll do our best to help.
International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, or brokerage fees associated with international orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
