We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, please contact us and we’ll help guide you through the return process.
Because many items on Gather & Set are fulfilled directly by independent brand partners, return instructions may vary by product. Some items may need to be returned directly to the brand that shipped the order.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at [support email] with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In the original packaging
- Returned with all included parts, accessories, tags, manuals, inserts, and packaging
- Approved for return before being shipped back
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, installation, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Opened consumable goods
- Opened personal care items
- Food, beverage, or pantry items
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items returned without approval
- Items damaged after delivery due to use, misuse, improper care, or improper installation
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error with the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support email]. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label, if available
We’ll work with the fulfilling brand partner to review the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Refunds may exclude original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and any fees that are not refundable under this policy.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
In most cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.
Multi-Brand Orders
If your order includes products from multiple brands, your items may ship separately and may require separate return instructions.
Each brand partner may have different return handling requirements, but Gather & Set will remain your main point of contact for return support.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or fulfilled by the brand partner.
Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel it.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, or restocking fees.
